Job Description:

International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is seeking candidates for the position of Organizational Development Executive to join our HR team. The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycle in line with approved policies, timelines, and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate annual objective and goal-setting activities and ensure employees and managers complete SMART objectives/KPIs within defined timelines.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on PMS processes, system usage, objective setting, performance reviews, ratings, and required documentation.
• Monitor PMS completion through system reports and trackers and follow up with employees, managers, and HODs to ensure timely completion of all stages.
• Coordinate mid-year and year-end performance review cycles, including communication, system activation, monitoring, reminders, and closure.
• Ensure quality and completeness of objectives, KPIs, weightages, performance measures, and appraisal information and flag inconsistencies for correction.
• Maintain accurate PMS data, employee records, reporting structures, objectives, ratings, and appraisal documentation in the HRIS/HRMS.
• Coordinate performance rating/calibration activities and maintain relevant records, reports, and action points under the guidance of the OD Lead.
• Generate regular PMS dashboards and status reports covering goal-setting completion, review completion, overdue actions, ratings, and other agreed performance metrics.
• Support integration of PMS with relevant HR systems and processes such as employee master data, competency frameworks, training and development, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Maintain the PMS calendar, process documentation, user guides, FAQs, templates, communication material, and other supporting documents.
• Conduct PMS orientation and awareness sessions for employees and managers and provide ongoing support during each PMS cycle.
• Collect feedback on the PMS process and identify recurring issues, user challenges, and improvement opportunities for review with the OD Lead.
• Support identification of performance gaps and development needs arising from PMS outcomes and coordinate inputs for training, coaching, and development plans.

2️⃣ Slitter Operator

Qualification: DAE – Electrical / Mechanical
Experience: Minimum 1-2 Years

Job Description:

International Packaging Films Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated Slitter Operator to join our Operations team at Sheikhupura.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute slitting jobs according to the daily production plan communicated by the Shift In-charge.
• Prepare the slitting machine for production, including machine cleaning, setup, calibration checks, and job preparation.
• Verify reel size, hardness, and quality parameters of slit rolls according to job specifications and the planning sheet.
• Operate and monitor the slitting machine while ensuring production is carried out according to specified requirements.
• Perform film threading from mother rolls and operate the machine according to job specifications.
• Adjust and align slitting knives according to required reel width specifications.
• Verify and adjust slitting width settings before starting each new job.
• Inspect slit reels for hardness, treatment level, slackness, surface defects, and other quality parameters.
• Monitor slit rolls for defects such as loose winding, slip winding, wrinkles, contamination, and other abnormalities.
• Monitor machine conditions including noise, vibration, leakage, and temperature, and promptly report abnormalities to the Shift In-charge.
• Coordinate with CERD & QA Laboratory regarding slitting plans and quality requirements of mother rolls.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and operational discipline around the slitting machine and work area.
• Follow all applicable Health & Safety, Product Safety, Quality, Hygiene, ISO, ISCC PLUS, BRC, and other management system requirements.
• Perform other duties related to slitting operations as assigned by the Shift In-charge or Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Qualification: DAE – Electrical / Mechanical
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years
• Candidates must be willing to work in shifts.
• Experience in slitting machine operations will be preferred.
• Good understanding of slitting processes, machine operation, and production quality requirements.
