Human Resources Manager

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; preferably with a professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, CHRP or equivalent)
Experience: 7 – 10 Years of relevant HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service sector

Job Specifications:
- Manage employee relations matters, disciplinary cases, investigations, grievances, and policy implementation.
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Provide hands-on HR support to all operational departments and maintain strong relationships with departmental leaders.
- Supervise and guide the Learning & Development function to ensure effective training delivery and capability development.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze key HR metrics including cost-per-hire, hiring cost ratio, attrition rates, workforce productivity, revenue per employee, and employee performance indicators.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, employee feedback initiatives, and exit/stay interview analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze compensation, benefits, labor costs, and HR expenditures while benchmarking against industry and market standards.

- A proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong HR analytics and workforce planning capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and convert it into meaningful business recommendations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
