Position Available

Manager – Quality Management System (QMS)

Requirements:

• Education: BE / ME in Industrial Manufacturing or a related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations across all functions.
• Plan and lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities and implementation of CAPA.
• Guide, train, and mentor quality teams and cross-functional stakeholders on QMS best practices.
• Oversee QMS documentation, governance, and overall system effectiveness.
• Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and risk-based thinking across the organization.
• Analyze quality KPIs, performance trends, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Act as the primary liaison with certification bodies, customers, and regulatory authorities.
• Present QMS performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and QMS implementation.
• Proven experience in audits, CAPA management, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
