Mahmood Anwar Appointed as Head of Internal Audit at Yunus Textile Mills Limited

Mahmood Anwar has embarked on a new chapter as Head of Internal Audit at Yunus Textile Mills Limited. With over 𝟭𝟴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience across audit and finance, he brings extensive expertise in internal audit transformation, risk management, governance, compliance, and SAP controls.

Prior to joining Yunus Textile Mills Limited, Mahmood served as Head of Internal Audit at Soorty Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. and Young’s (Private) Limited, where he led risk-based audit functions, strengthened control frameworks, and drove audit transformation initiatives. His earlier leadership experience at Burque and BakeParlor further strengthened his expertise in financial controls, enterprise risk assessment, process audits, and business process improvement.

Holding an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, along with CIA, CFE, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor credentials, Mahmood combines strong technical expertise with strategic leadership to advance governance, risk management, and organizational accountability at Yunus Textile Mills Limited.
