Manahil Zuljalal has embarked on an exciting new chapter as People Associate at NayaPay, bringing her expertise in people operations, HR strategy, and workforce planning to one of Pakistan’s leading fintech organizations.

With hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, compliance, and employee lifecycle management, Manahil has consistently contributed to building efficient, people-centric workplaces. Prior to joining NayaPay, she served as Human Resources Generalist at V Media, where she independently managed end-to-end HR operations, workforce planning, policy development, and talent acquisition for a fast-growing organization. Her earlier experience at Hoechst Pakistan Limited further strengthened her foundation in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.

A graduate in Psychological Science from Monash University Malaysia, Manahil combines a strong understanding of human behavior with practical HR expertise. Passionate about organizational effectiveness and people analytics, she is committed to creating impactful employee experiences while driving business success through strategic people operations.
