We Are Looking For:
A Senior Manager Medical Affairs to provide strategic oversight across Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Compliance, driving scientific excellence, KOL engagement, evidence generation, patient safety, and ethical governance while leading cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight across Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Compliance functions.
- Drive scientific excellence and maintain high standards of medical governance.
- Lead KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement initiatives.
- Drive evidence generation activities to support product and business objectives.
- Ensure patient safety and ethical governance across all medical activities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Provide medical and scientific support to internal teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and academic centers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Pharm-D (required); MBBS or MBA preferred
- Experience: 5 – 8 Years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in Medical Affairs
