1. Service Quality Observer
Department: Service Quality Department – Customer Support Group
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s from an HEC recognized institute/university. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Job Description:

• Monitoring customer service via DVR at branches.
• Capturing and documenting incidents with accurate timestamps and video clips.
• Observing high customer waiting times and reporting delay incidents.
• Ensuring customer-first protocols (greetings, active counter management, EQMS utilization).

2. Senior BI Engineer
Department: Data Analytics – Finance Department
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
Experience: 8–10 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, preferably within a large banking/financial institution. Strong hands-on experience with IBM Cognos, IBM Db2, Enterprise semantic modelling, and self-service BI.

Job Description:

• Translating business requirements, processes, KPIs, and analytical needs into trusted and scalable BI solutions.
• Designing and managing the enterprise Business Semantic Layer on IBM Db2/Big SQL, ensuring consistent definitions, measures, dimensions, hierarchies, and KPIs.
• Leading the delivery of IBM Cognos reports, dashboards, analytics, and governed self-service BI while supporting Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, and other approved platforms.
• Optimizing semantic models, reports, dashboards, and SQL workloads for performance and scalability while supporting modern data technologies, automation, continuous improvement, technical leadership, and vendor coordination.

3. Data Modeler
Department: Data Analytics – Finance Department
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience in Data Modelling, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering. Hands-on experience in designing logical and physical data models for enterprise data warehouses or analytical platforms, preferably in banking or financial services.

Job Description:

• Understanding source systems, data structures, business processes, and requirements; engaging with business users, Business Analysts, Data Architects, Data Engineers, and source-system teams to define accurate and fit-for-purpose data models.
• Developing reusable atomic-layer and dimensional models aligned with IBM Financial Services Data Model (FSDM) and enterprise standards, translating business requirements into facts, dimensions, measures, hierarchies, relationships, business rules, and semantic-layer structures.
• Designing and optimizing models for IBM Db2, Big SQL, DataStage, IBM Cognos, and Data Lakehouse architectures, collaborating with ETL/ELT and BI teams on transformations, source-to-target mappings, validation, performance, and scalability.
