Marketing Executive
Education: BBA/MBA – Marketing & Sales
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to assess satisfaction levels and address concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and a customer-centric approach.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services and meet client expectations.
