Muhammad Shahid Naseer Promoted to Head of Sales at LIPTON Teas and Infusions

Muhammad Shahid Naseer has taken on a new leadership role as Head of Sales at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, bringing over 18 years of extensive experience in the FMCG industry. With a strong track record in commercial leadership, business transformation, and sales strategy, Naseer is well-positioned to drive sales growth, strengthen market presence, and advance business performance across Pakistan.

Before stepping into this role, he served as Head of CD Excellence & Distribution Expansion at LIPTON Teas and Infusions. His distinguished career also includes senior leadership positions at Unity Foods Limited and Tapal Tea (Pvt.) Ltd., along with regional sales management roles at Coca-Cola CCI and Philip Morris International. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale business operations, managed multi-billion-rupee portfolios, and developed national distribution and go-to-market strategies. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from Lahore University of Management Sciences, alongside an MBA in Marketing from COMSATS University Islamabad.
