1️⃣ Assistant Manager – Material Management & Control (MMC)

Location: Pakistan
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain
Experience: 5 – 7 Years in Relevant Field

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage material management and control processes across operations.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams for smooth material flow.
• Manage garment accessories inventory and ensure quality standards.
• Analyze material consumption and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Prepare regular reports on material status, inventory, and consumption.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 – 7 Years in Relevant Field.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Garment Accessories.

2️⃣ Assistant Manager / Executive – Social Compliance

Location: Pakistan
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Environmental Sciences
Experience: 3 – 5 Years in Relevant Field

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with social compliance standards and codes of conduct (COC).
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with social and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to social compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on social compliance standards.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and grievances.
• Stay updated with relevant social compliance regulations and best practices.
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 – 5 Years in Relevant Field.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Environmental Sciences.

Preference:

• Relevant Professional Certifications.
• Strong Knowledge of COC Standards.
• Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
