Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience: 2–5 years experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Hospitality / Events
Role Overview:
This role focuses on increasing footfall and revenue through corporates, universities, colleges, and large group clients via events, bulk bookings, and long-term tie-ups. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, comfortable with field work, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow corporate and institutional partnerships.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with corporates, educational institutions, and large groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage events, bulk bookings, and long-term tie-ups to drive revenue and footfall.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and partnerships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 2–5 years experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Hospitality, or Events.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Target-driven and comfortable with field work.
