1. Executive Customer Services (Evening)
Department: Retail ETHNC

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally through phone, email, and social media.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, orders, and billing.
• Listen to and empathize with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Take escalations and handle complaints, ensuring customer issues are resolved to satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
• Record and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
• Assist with order processing, tracking, and returns.

2. Category Lead

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Experience: Lahore: 2-3 years experience in retail operations or inventory management. Karachi: Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience in fashion retail or visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor category performance through POS and sales data, align replenishment with real-time trends.
• Lead seasonal rotations and category mapping with VM and inventory teams.
• Conduct commercial analysis including business maps and stock-versus-sales reporting.
• Implement and adapt VM concepts in line with brand guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate the category floor team, train and mentor team members.
• Maintain high service standards and resolve customer queries.
• Implement anti-theft layouts and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

3. Assistant Manager – M.E.P Design & Execution (Retail)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all projects independently while maintaining design protocols and specifications.
• Evaluate MEP requirements for fashion retail stores and coordinate with consultants.
• Review BOQs, provide feedback, and evaluate engineering estimates.
• R&D of lighting fixtures, DB’s equipment, HVAC equipment, and generators.
• Implement approved MEP design during execution as per compliance.
• Validate design issues and suggest solutions.
• Ensure all materials used are as per approved manufacturers and specifications.
• Liaise with consultant MEP supervisory engineers and inspectors.
• Ensure deliverance of higher efficiency, productivity, and safety standards.
• Prepare handing over documentation and maintain project logs.

4. Senior Fashion Designer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Fashion/Textile Design.
• Experience: 2-5 years in fashion design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for seasonal collections and core daily wear pieces.
• Lead the design team in brainstorming, sketching, and fabric selection.
• Oversee the creation of detailed technical specifications and design boards.
• Conduct market research and analyze fashion trends.
• Maintain awareness of competitor offerings and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are translated effectively.
• Review and refine prototypes with pattern makers and sample sewers.
• Mentor and guide junior designers.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand’s aesthetic and core values.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand customer needs.
