1️⃣ AM / DM – Channels

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 04 – 07 Years of progressive experience in Channel Sales, or FMCG Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute channel sales strategies (Trade Marketing).
• Manage distributors and key partners.
• Drive sales and market growth.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs.
• Expand the distribution network.
• Ensure product availability.
• Lead and develop the sales team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in managing distributors and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2️⃣ Manager R&D – Spices & Recipe Mixes

Company: Qarshi Industries (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Hattar – KPK
Qualification: M.Sc. (Hons) in Food Science & Technology / Chemistry
Experience: 6 – 8 Years of relevant experience in spices and recipe mixes
Deadline: 22nd October 2026

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the R&D for development, improvement, and innovation in Spices, Blended Masalas, Seasonings, and Recipe Mixes.
• Develop and standardize recipes/formulations for pure spices, spice blends, recipe mixes, and dry seasonings.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, Food Safety & HALAL, and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Production teams to optimize ingredient selection and cost-effective formulations.
• Conduct shelf-life studies, sensory evaluations, and nutritional profiling of products.
• Lead scaling-up trials from lab to pilot plant to commercial production.
• Maintain documentation related to formulations, SOPs, and technical data.
• Monitor market trends and competitor products for continuous innovation.
• Handle product complaints, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Education & Experience Required:

• M.Sc. (Hons) in Food Science & Technology / Chemistry with 6–8 years of relevant experience in spices and recipe mixes.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, Food Safety & HALAL standards.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
