Rehan Shafiq Appointed as School Implementation & Partnerships Lead at Khan Academy

Rehan Shafiq has embarked on an exciting new chapter as School Implementation and Partnerships at Khan Academy, where he is driving strategic partnerships and the adoption of Khan Academy and Khanmigo across public and private school systems in Sindh and Balochistan.

With over 14 years of experience across Pakistan’s education and social impact sector, Rehan brings extensive expertise in programme design, government and school-network partnerships, teacher training, and large-scale programme implementation. Prior to joining Khan Academy, he served as Head of Community Engagement and Development at The Citizens Foundation, leading impactful initiatives focused on education, vocational training, literacy, and community development.

His new role reflects a strong commitment to advancing technology-enabled education and expanding access to AI-powered learning.
