Rida Baqai Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Fleek

Rida Baqai has taken on a new leadership role as Head of Human Resources at Fleek, bringing extensive experience across human resources, people strategy, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Fleek, Rida served as Head of HR, Admin, Communications and CSR at Engro Vopak Terminal Limited, following her role as HR Manager at Engro Group. Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at K-Electric as Head of Learning & Diversity & Inclusion and HR Business Partner, along with her experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Shell.

A Political Science graduate from Lahore University of Management Sciences, Rida’s career reflects a strong blend of strategic HR leadership, organizational development, and people-focused transformation, positioning her for a significant role in shaping Fleek’s people and culture agenda.
