Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in HR reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support training and development activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HRM or a related field).
• 2+ years of relevant experience in HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
