Experience: 5 – 6 Years of experience of Sales with field force training & development, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, with minimum of 2 years of managerial experience

Job Scope:
- Facilitate training & development initiatives for the field force, based on identified business and capability needs.
- Instrumental in planning & execution of classroom trainings on soft/business skills for Sales force.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle of the field force, including recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Strong focus on improving in-chamber performance of sales force.
- Facilitate & conduct on-the-job Coaching with first line managers.
- Drive Employee Referral, Talent Hunt Programs and others field force development initiatives.
Specifications:
- Science Graduate with an MBA.
- 5–6 years of experience of Sales with field force training & development, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, with minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills with a strong focus on people development.
