Sharmeen Majeed has embarked on a new professional chapter as Head of Human Resources at The Pakistan Business Council, bringing 17 years of HR expertise across diverse industries. With a strong track record in strategic HR management, organizational transformation, and employee engagement, she has consistently driven initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen workplace experiences.

Throughout her career, Majeed has held senior HR leadership positions at Armstrong Tires Pakistan, Rewterz, Pharmatec Pakistan (Private) Limited, and Sante Pvt. Ltd. Her expertise spans HR technology implementation, compensation and benefits, salary benchmarking, policy development, and talent management. Holding an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BBA (Hons) in Finance from the Institute of Business Management, she brings a blend of strategic insight and people-focused leadership to her new role.
