Shoaib Usman Makes History as the First Central Reservations Manager of Hashoo Hotels

Shoaib Usman has embarked on an exciting new chapter as the first Central Reservations Manager at Hashoo Group, leading the newly established 24/7 Multi-Branded Central Reservation Centre under PC Hospitality, Hashoo Group. With expertise in hotel reservations, centralized operations, team leadership, and multi-property coordination, he is set to drive seamless reservation services across the group’s expanding hospitality portfolio.

In his new role, Shoaib will oversee centralized reservations supporting close to 40 destinations across multiple hotel brands while building processes and operational standards for the newly established department. His leadership will focus on ensuring efficient reservation operations, seamless coordination, and consistent service excellence across the group’s hospitality portfolio.
