HR Generalist

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3 – 4 Years of progressive HR Generalist experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities for assigned business units.
• Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, and induction processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
• Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Support performance management processes, employee evaluations, and development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters and help resolve workplace concerns professionally.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions, warning letters, investigations, and grievance handling when required.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
• Assist management with organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights for management.
• Coordinate employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities.
• Support payroll processes.
• Contribute to compensation and benefits administration.
• Assist with Training & Development (T&D) initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labor laws, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
