Job Summary:

Job Summary:

To manage PR with the traditional media (print and electronic), develop and ensure the publication of press releases, liaise with reporters, develop release orders, keep close professional ties with PID, and ensure positive image is presented utilizing PR to the key SSGC stakeholders through all conventional media outlets, and negative image is managed to minimize impact.

Job Summary:

• Manage engagement on social media (all current & future approved platforms), presence of SSGC, develop and ensure positive consumer engagement on these platforms, and build SSGC brand equity through awareness, clarifications, engagement and relationship building, resulting in improvement in existing image, leading to an overall positive and improving reputation of SSGC.
• Be the voice of SSGC on all official approved social media platforms by directly managing, and being the official custodian of all SSGC accounts on approved social media platforms (such as X, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.). Engage with social media influencers, and utilize them to effectively disseminate the organization’s key insights, and responses to queries / clarifications.
• Create and increase consumer following and engagement. Also manage all social media postings, content development, and creative application of campaigns to social media. Review and track viewership and engagement data, and recommend strategy to increase brand equity of SSGC and positive consumer engagement, create and increase a positive image to our key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Candidate will currently be working for one of the top 5 digital creative houses/agencies, managing multiple social media platforms, or within the social media functional area of a multinational or large private conglomerate handling social media platforms and consumer engagement relationships.

Job Summary:

• The position is responsible to support the department by measuring and analyzing things such as media coverage, sentiment, campaign effectiveness, digital engagement, stakeholder reach, event performance, response times, communication outcomes, agency/vendor performance, and departmental KPIs.
• The position is responsible for using automated analytical tools, business intelligence techniques, and data-driven methodologies to convert raw departmental data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for the Head of Department. The role supports effective performance management, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement across Group Communications.
• Strong analytical, numerical, logical reasoning, business intelligence, and communication skills are essential for the role.

Job Summary:

• To create, design, develop and produce all communication collateral such as Annual Reports, ESG Reports, periodic financial reports, Internal Newsletters, publications (FLAME), invitation and greeting cards, banners, posters, promotional material, standees, roll-ups, backdrops, back-lit/roll-lit light-boxes and ambient as well as OOH media (Outdoor, building Signages and Fascias, Transit Advertising, event stands/ designs), etc. to support corporate and marketing communication deliverables.
