We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1️⃣ Senior Officer – Accounts

Company: TATA PAKISTAN
Location: Landhi, Karachi
Qualification: Minimum B.Com degree; ACCA Part-Qualified candidates will be preferred
Experience: 1 – 2 Years of relevant experience

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum B.Com degree; ACCA Part-Qualified candidates will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliation procedures.
• Knowledge of payment processing, vendor payments, and cash management.
• Understanding of withholding tax documentation and the ability to prepare supporting data for the Tax Department.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, analytical, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payments and manage vendor payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.
• Prepare supporting data for the Tax Department regarding withholding tax.
• Assist in cash management and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

2️⃣ Deputy Manager – Costing and FP&A

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; ACCA, ICMA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified preferred
Experience: 3 – 5 Years of relevant experience

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; ACCA, ICMA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified preferred.
• Hands-on experience in product costing, inventory valuation, and cost accounting activities in ERP.
• Ability to develop sales forecasts, costing models, pricing recommendations, and profitability analysis.
• Experience in managing work orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and cost accounting processes.
• Knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, preferably Oracle Fusion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product costing, inventory valuation, and cost accounting activities.
• Develop sales forecasts, costing models, and pricing recommendations.
• Conduct profitability analysis and financial performance reporting.
• Manage work orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and cost accounting processes.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting.
• Turn financial data into actionable business insights.
