Umair Munawwer Appointed as Head of Infrastructure Planning at Multinet Pakistan

Umair Munawwer has embarked on an exciting new chapter as Head of Infrastructure Planning at Multinet Pakistan (Private) Limited. With nearly two decades of experience in telecom infrastructure, FTTH deployment, GPON networks, and large-scale project delivery, he brings a strong combination of field expertise and strategic leadership.

Prior to this appointment, Umair served as Deputy General Manager, Projects and Infrastructure at Optixfiber, where he led the delivery of 80,000+ homes passed, 800+ km of fiber optic infrastructure, and 20+ OLT installations across South Pakistan. His extensive experience in network planning, CAPEX optimization, multi-vendor management, and infrastructure development positions him to strengthen Multinet’s planning and deployment capabilities.
