Prior to joining PTCL.Official, Usman served as Expert Facility Management Operations at Jazz, where he successfully managed mission-critical telecom data centers, power infrastructure, precision cooling systems, and large-scale technical operations. His earlier leadership roles at Mobiserve Holding further strengthened his expertise in telecom core facilities, managed services, disaster recovery, and infrastructure optimization, establishing him as a highly respected professional in Pakistan’s telecom and data center industry.
