Wajiha Javaid Appointed as Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at ITANZ Group

Wajiha Javaid has embarked on an exciting new chapter as Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at ITANZ Group. With over 𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, international hiring, and recruitment strategy, she brings strong expertise in connecting organizations with high-caliber talent across diverse functions and markets.

Prior to joining ITANZ Group, Wajiha served as Human Resources Generalist/Talent Acquisition Specialist at Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Osol. Her earlier experience at Kwanso and Rozee further strengthened her capabilities in technical recruitment, full-cycle hiring, candidate sourcing, client consulting, and stakeholder management.

Holding an MPA in Public Administration and Human Resources from the University of the Punjab, Wajiha combines strategic HR knowledge with extensive recruitment expertise to strengthen talent acquisition and people strategy at ITANZ Group.
