We are seeking an IT Manager (Retail) to ensure seamless system performance, infrastructure stability, and technology-driven store efficiency at our Head Office in Karachi.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain all retail IT infrastructure, including servers, POS systems, security cameras, and network connectivity across multiple stores.
Manage a dedicated IT support team, including technicians and helpdesk personnel, providing guidance and resolving escalated technical issues.
Procure, deploy, and maintain all IT hardware and software for head office and retail outlets, ensuring best value and security.
Lead the planning and implementation of new technology solutions and system upgrades to enhance retail operations.
Establish and enforce robust data security policies, disaster recovery plans, and regulatory compliance standards.
Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments, reporting on key IT metrics to senior management.
Manage the IT budget and collaborate with other departments to align technology with business goals.
Requirements:
7-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of retail POS systems, networking technologies, data security, and cloud-based applications.
Strong experience in team management, budgeting, and project management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, CISM) are highly desirable.
