Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical formulation and product development
We are looking for:
An Assistant Manager New Product Development to manage the end-to-end product development process, from formulation design and developmental batch manufacturing to product launch, ensuring compliance and alignment with innovation benchmarks across Quality, Business Development, and Manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):
- Lead and manage the end-to-end new product development process.
- Design and develop pharmaceutical formulations, including developmental batch manufacturing.
- Coordinate with Quality, Business Development, and Manufacturing teams for successful product launches.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and innovation benchmarks.
- Conduct feasibility studies and stability testing for new products.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing formulations as needed.
- Prepare and review technical documentation for product development.
