Shabeeb Ashfaq Joins Prime Sales & Marketing as Warehouse Operations Manager

Shabeeb Ashfaq has taken on a new challenge as Warehouse Operations Manager at Prime Sales & Marketing, where he is leading the setup and inauguration of a state-of-the-art 75,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse for Madina Cash & Carry’s leadership group.

With more than 12 years of expertise in retail, warehouse management, sales, inventory control, and operations, Shabeeb has consistently demonstrated his ability to streamline processes and deliver results in high-pressure environments. His journey includes impactful leadership roles at Imtiaz, Madina Cash & Carry, and Majid Al Futtaim, where he managed large-scale retail operations, inventory systems, and dynamic teams of hundreds across multiple branches and mega-stores.

At Prime Sales & Marketing, he is driving warehouse policies, logistics coordination, KPI development, and operational excellence, working hand in hand with sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. His ability to design and implement best practices while building high-performing teams reflects his deep commitment to innovation and organizational success.
