Farrukh Saeed Khan has taken on a new leadership role as Head of Human Resources & Communications at Engro Fertilizers Ltd, bringing with him over 19 years of cross-functional HR experience spanning talent and culture, organization design, and leadership development.

Throughout his career, Farrukh has held key HR leadership positions at Engro Energy, PARCO – Pak-Arab Refinery Limited, Lucky Motor Corporation (Samsung Electronics Business), and Engro Powergen Thar, where he led transformative initiatives in talent management, organizational effectiveness, rewards, and communications.

Certified in Hay Job Evaluation, HOGAN Assessments, and Results Coaching, and armed with an MBA in Economics & Finance from Hamdard University, Farrukh is recognized for aligning HR strategy with business priorities to deliver sustainable results.
