Dr. Fateh Muhammad Marri Appointed as Vice Chancellor of University of Sindh
Dr. Fateh Muhammad Marri has been appointed as the Vice Chancellor of the University of Sindh for a 4-year term.
The announcement was made by Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, following a rigorous selection process in which Dr. Marri secured the top position with 74.40 points.
The role had remained vacant for nine months since the completion of Dr. Sadiq Kalhoro’s tenure, during which Dr. Khalil-ur-Rehman Kambati served as Acting Vice Chancellor.
Previously serving as Vice Chancellor of Tando Jam Agricultural University, Dr. Marri now takes charge of the University of Sindh, where he will oversee both academic and administrative functions, aiming to strengthen the institution’s educational standards and governance.
