Aftab Mustafa has taken on a new role as Group Head of Human Resources at Charizma, marking another milestone in his 16 years journey across Pakistan’s retail and fashion industry.

Aftab brings extensive expertise in strategic HR leadership, change management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Known for his transformative approach, he has consistently aligned HR strategy with business vision, driving performance, engagement, and operational excellence.

Before joining Charizma, Aftab served as Head of HR at Hopscotch and held senior roles at BeechTree, Pepperland, and HKB, where he led initiatives in HR digitalization, SAP deployment, and workforce development. His leadership continues to redefine people strategy in the retail sector.
