With more than 5 years of experience, Malik has successfully managed HR operations for both head office and retail staff, playing a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and policy development. His professional journey at Sapphire Retail Limited (SRL) spans multiple roles including HR Officer, Senior Officer HR, and HR Executive, where he streamlined HR operations, enhanced employee experience, and contributed to organizational growth.
