Daniyal Amin Appointed as Assistant Manager, Human Resources at Changan Pakistan

Daniyal Amin – CHRP has taken on the role of Assistant Manager Human Resources at Changan Pakistan. With over 9 years of progressive experience in HR, he brings strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employer branding, driving strategic alignment between people and business goals.

Before joining Changan Pakistan, Daniyal served as Talent Acquisition Lead and HRBP at Agha Steel Industries , where he led end-to-end recruitment, executive hiring, and workforce planning across technical and managerial domains. His earlier roles at National Logistics Corporation (NLC), Aisha Steel Mills Limited, and Dewan Cement Limited further strengthened his foundation in HR strategy, performance management, and organizational development.

A Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) with a Master’s in Public Administration from the Karachi University, Daniyal continues to shape impactful people strategies that support organizational growth and excellence.
