Rao Mujeeb has stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer at NOVA Finance, an emerging international fintech company redefining financial innovation. With over 18 years of leadership experience in banking, strategy, and operations, he brings a wealth of expertise in driving organizational growth and transformation.

Before this, he served as Regional Head – EVP at Halan Microfinance Bank, where he led Karachi’s business portfolio and expanded outreach across regions. His previous roles as Branch Network Manager, Head of HR, and Regional HR Manager at leading financial institutions honed his multidimensional understanding of business management and people strategy.

Rao’s extensive experience across HR, sales, and policy development positions him to play a pivotal role in scaling NOVA Finance’s operational excellence and strategic impact.
