Ali Abdullah Appointed as Associate HRBP at Fatima Group

Ali Abdullah has been appointed as Associate HRBP at Fatima Group, where he now partners with leadership to drive recruitment, engagement, performance, and people development across commercial functions. With a strong background in HR business partnering and talent acquisition, he brings a well-rounded skill set shaped through diverse HR roles in leading organizations.

Before joining Fatima Group, he served as Senior Executive HR at Poly Pack (Pvt) Ltd where he managed hiring, HR operations, payroll, performance cycles, and employee relations. His earlier experience as Senior Human Resource Business Partner at International Packaging Films Limited further strengthened his capabilities in talent acquisition, onboarding, candidate assessment, and succession planning. Ali also worked in HR roles at CRAVINGS Delivery Services and gained operational exposure at GoZayaan Pakistan, where he developed expertise in coordination, client management, and process execution.

Ali holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from The University of Lahore and a BBA in HR from National University of Modern Languages (NUML). With his combination of strategic HR insight, operational depth, and talent management experience, he is positioned to support a high-performing and people-centered culture at Fatima Group.
