His strategic approach combines an M.Phil in HR with an LLB, enabling him to navigate complex organizational and legal challenges effectively.

His tenure as Head of HR & Security at Chase Up and senior HR positions at Ideas Private Limited and Chase Value reflect his consistent ability to align HR strategies with business goals and deliver high-impact results.
