Suhail Ahmed Panhwar has taken on the role of HR Business Partner, Commercial at Ismail Industries Limited, strengthening the organization’s people strategy with a strong foundation in business-aligned HR leadership. An MBA in Human Resource Management, Suhail brings hands-on experience across HRBP, compensation and benefits, talent operations, and organizational support functions.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Senior Manager HR at Sehat Kahani and held progressive HRBP roles at Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd. and Hilal Care, where he partnered closely with commercial and operational teams to drive workforce effectiveness, policy alignment, and employee engagement. His career reflects consistent growth within leading FMCG and healthcare organizations, supported by a practical and people-centric approach to HR.
