In his current role at SBP BSC Hyderabad Office, Channar oversees administrative and operational functions, drives financial inclusion initiatives, implements strategic process improvements, and ensures compliance with regulatory and global standards. Previously, he served as Senior Deputy Chief Manager (Administration) at SBP Karachi Office, where he led HR management, operational efficiency, and organizational development. His prior experience includes managing large-scale currency operations, procurement at National Development Complex, and international project sourcing, highlighting his expertise in leadership, contract management, and project execution.

Channar holds a Master of Public Administration from Quaid-i-Azam University and multiple professional certifications, including CBCA®, FTIP™, and CHRP.
