Reporting To: General Manager IT

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.Sc. or B.E in Computer Science

Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certifications, Cybersecurity Certifications

Experience: 15+ years of IT leadership experience with expertise in:

IT governance and cybersecurity standards

SAP infrastructure and enterprise network architecture

DNS/DHCP services, IT budgeting, and vendor management

Stakeholder and crisis management

Major Accountabilities:
Define and lead IT operations strategy for Plant Site and Head Office, aligning with organizational goals and business continuity.

Provide technical and people leadership to IT teams, ensuring high availability, reliability, security, and performance.

Act as the primary escalation authority for critical IT incidents, cybersecurity events, and major service disruptions.

Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, SOPs, security frameworks, and compliance standards.

Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, SAP systems, servers, endpoints, patching, and lifecycle management.

Manage enterprise systems: LAN/Wi-Fi, Office 365, email services, intranet portals, website administration, and IT Service Desk with defined SLAs.

Ensure robust information security and surveillance controls, including cybersecurity audits, risk assessments, compliance reviews, and CCTV infrastructure.

Lead vendor, stakeholder, and financial management, including vendor selection, SAP PRs, invoice processing, IT budgeting, cost control, and executive reporting.
