A Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he has over 5 years of regional experience driving impact across Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Southeast Asia.

Previously serving as Country Manager – Business Excellence at Alibaba Group (Daraz), Jawwad led high-impact initiatives across 200+ logistics facilities, delivering measurable gains in cost optimization, fleet utilization, last-mile efficiency, and network planning. His work has consistently bridged strategy and execution by aligning people, processes, and data to deliver sustainable results.
