Rao Rafaqat Ali has embarked on a new leadership chapter as National Sales Manager, Unsecured Consumer Banking at MCB Bank Limited, bringing with him two decades of extensive experience in consumer banking and financial services.

Over the years, Rao Rafaqat has built a distinguished career across leading global and local financial institutions including Citi, Barclays, Silkbank Limited, and UBL – United Bank Limited. His expertise spans credit cards, unsecured lending, consumer sales strategy, and large scale sales team leadership.

Most recently, he served as SVP and Regional Sales Manager Credit Cards at UBL – United Bank Limited, where he played a key role in strengthening portfolio growth and driving performance across the consumer banking segment.

With a strong track record of leading high performing sales teams and scaling consumer banking portfolios, Rao Rafaqat brings strategic insight and deep industry knowledge to his new role at MCB Bank Limited, further strengthening the bank’s consumer banking landscape.
