Ameena Ashfaq has stepped into a new role as Human Resources Manager at Calcite Technologies, bringing with her several years of experience in people operations, technical recruitment, and organizational culture development within the technology sector.

With more than 4 years of HR experience in the software industry, Ameena has developed strong expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, employee engagement, and performance management. Prior to joining Calcite Technologies, she served as Manager, People and Culture at Smart IS, where she played a key role in strengthening HR operations and building high performing teams.

Her earlier experience also includes leadership roles at HyperSoft Tech. as Human Resources Manager and HR Executive, where she contributed to improving HR systems, recruitment strategies, and workforce management initiatives.

Ameena holds a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) credential from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), further reinforcing her commitment to professional growth and modern HR practices.
