Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective market execution and customer engagement.
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, traders, and HoReCa clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterings).
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market intelligence.

Requirements:
Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales (frozen foods) or Hotel, Restaurants & Cafes / Caterings.

Competencies:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the food and hospitality industry.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and field-oriented mindset.
• Customer service orientation and complaint handling ability.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
