Denim-e Pvt. We are currently hiring for two critical roles: Manager Sampling and Social Compliance Executive. Available Positions

1. Manager Sampling
Department: Sampling
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete sampling cycle (Proto, Fit, Size-set, and PP) with a focus on First Time Right (FTR) results.
• Conduct Technical Risk Analysis of new styles to identify potential production hurdles before bulk starts.
• Utilize MS Excel to track sampling T&A (Time & Action) and maintain a database of fabric behavior and wash standards.
• Supervise the sampling floor to ensure maximum machine and labor efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Extensive experience in a leadership role within denim sampling.
• Deep knowledge of denim garment construction, wash aesthetics, and fabric performance.
• Strong ability to analyze production data and provide technical solutions for complex designs.

2. Social Compliance Executive
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of social compliance standards and company policies.
• Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and various buyer codes of conduct.
• Maintain and organize all compliance documentation and records required for audits.
• Coordinate with different departments to address and fulfill compliance requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and compliance data for management review.
• Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective action plans (CAPs).

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation.
• Relevant experience in the garment or textile industry is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Candidates residing near Landhi, Korangi, Malir, or Shah Faisal will be preferred.
