Available Positions

1. Executive Accounts
Location: Head Office, Karachi

Job Requirements:

• Education: ACCA Finalist / MBA Finance or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in fixed assets, banking, and budgeting. Proficiency in Oracle preferred.
• Relevant Industry: Manufacturing, Textile, Electrical and Electronic appliances.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Fixed Assets in Oracle, including additions, disposals, transfers, and Capital Work in Process (CWIP) to track project-related expenses.
• Prepare and maintain Fixed Asset reports, including monthly GL reconciliations, addition reports vs. budget, commitment reports, and FA & CIP schedules for statutory accounts.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for fixed assets, including maintaining scanned invoices, CAPEX approvals, budget checks, and asset disposals.
• Conduct monthly asset tagging activities, including compiling, printing, dispatching tags, and maintaining asset records with pictures in Oracle.
• Handle banking operations, preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, compiling bank statements, and uploading them into Oracle.
• Manage treasury-related tasks, including updating daily exchange rates in the Oracle system and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, consolidating budgets, calculating depreciation, and performing budget phasing.

2. Assistant Manager Project Sales
Location: Lahore

Job Requirements:

• Education: MBA in Marketing with B.E Electrical/Electronic or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Relevant Industry: IT, Manufacturing, Construction, Cement, Steel, Electrical and Electronic appliances.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market intelligence on industrial sectors, PSDP projects, and commercial buildings, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Manage sales leads, prepare quotations, handle customer queries, and participate in price negotiation meetings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, engagement with procurement and technical teams, and effective issue resolution.
• Prepare customer-wise quarterly sales forecasts, maintain offer rosters, and provide regular pipeline updates to management.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing, inspections, dispatch, and timely delivery.
• Monitor credit controls, ensure timely payments from customers, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across industries.

3. Executive Production

• Prepare and set up production equipment and supplies before executing job orders, ensuring efficient operations.
• Conduct inspections, repairs, and maintenance regularly to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, recommending improvements and process enhancements to increase operational efficiency and safety.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of shift processes and implement strategies for enhanced productivity and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety procedures, company policies, and Sustainable SS practices, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in ISO and HSE audit preparations, contribute to compliance and readiness as required.
