Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: MBA / BBA (preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration).
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with a manufacturing industry background.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Oversee payroll coordination and HR record management.
- Ensure compliance with EOBI, PESSI, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Manage disciplinary matters and ensure workplace discipline.
Administration:
- Oversee all administrative functions including office management, utilities, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure security, transport, housekeeping, and overall site administration.
- Implement and monitor administrative policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR and administration.
