Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s degree from an HEC recognized institute/university.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Job Description:

• Managing and handling Roshan Digital customer portfolios.
• Addressing customer queries and providing efficient support.
• Assisting customers with RDA-related investment opportunities (including INPC, PSX, and other investment avenues).

Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Roshan Digital Account (RDA) customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas Pakistani clients.
• Provide guidance and support on investment opportunities available through RDA, including Naya Pakistan Certificates (INPC) and Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) investments.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
• Promote and cross-sell Islamic banking products and services to RDA customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
