About the Role (Based on Job Posting):

The Support Analyst – MS Dynamics GP will provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP systems. This role involves troubleshooting issues, supporting end-users, and helping enhance the overall user experience across ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities (Indicative – Based on Industry Standards):

• Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) ERP system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues reported by end-users.
• Assist in system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Support user training and documentation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERP operations.
• Analyze and resolve integration and data issues within the ERP ecosystem.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain high user satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills (Indicative):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, supply chain, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools is a plus.
