Executive Officer (Commercial)
Department: Commercial Department

Level: Junior Management

Qualification:

• Minimum B.Com / BBA or equivalent from a reputable institute.
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in indirect and local procurement.
• Preferred industry experience: Cement or Large Process/Manufacturing.
  
  

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) module is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
  
  

Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):

• Manage indirect and local procurement activities for the Commercial Department.
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP MM.
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, delivery schedules, and quality compliance.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Prepare procurement reports and analysis using MS Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill material and service requirements.
