With more than 𝟴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience across quality assurance, production management, process optimization, and continuous improvement, he has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to drive performance and operational efficiency within complex industrial environments.

Prior to this role, Jawad served as Site Quality Control Lead at Avery Dennison, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening quality systems, enhancing process capability, and leading high-impact improvement initiatives. His earlier experience at Thal Engineering further sharpened his expertise in Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, stakeholder management, and operational analytics.
